Getting Started

How do I sign up for the app?

You can sign up to the KimFrench app via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Once you’ve chosen your preferred subscription plan, simply complete your personal profile within the “Sign Up” section and you’re ready to get started!

Can I use my account across my devices? 

Accounts that are purchased through the Apple App Store are currently linked to the Apple ID associated with the device used to subscribe. This means that users CANNOT use their logins across different device types and app store platforms.

IE you cannot buy a Subscription in the Apple App Store and access your subscription from an Android or other non-iOS device.

You CAN use your app across your iOS devices, provided both devices are logged into the same Apple ID as the origional purchase.

It is important to mention that we only support Smartphones and Tablets at this time.

I’ve subscribed to the app via the Apple Store but can’t get into my account

If payment has been taken by Apple but you are presented with a pop up that asks you to pay again for your subscription please follow the instructions below.

  • Open an email and type support@KimFrench.com
  • In the Subject line please type "Cannot access after purchase"
  • Please take screenshots of the following:
    • Subscription in the Apple App Store:

      1. Go the App Store.
      2. Click your profile circle in the top right hand corner.
      3. Click subscriptions > KimFrench
      4. Identify your subscription type and renewal date.
      5. Please send me a screenshot of this page.

       

      See your purchase history on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:

      1. Open the Settings app.
      2. Tap your name, then tap iTunes & App Store.
      3. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You may be asked to sign in.
      4. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it.
      5. Find the Queens Don't Quit​, then tap Total Billed.
      6. Please send me a screenshot of this page.

  • Please outline any other behaviour such as crashes or glitches if any occur.

  • Please send the email and we will get back to you within 48 hrs

I am locked out of my account, or struggling to access the app/ I am having a technical issue with the app. Who can help?

We’re sorry you’re having issues with the app.

Step 1: Please ensure you’ve clicked sign-up and completed the entire registration process if you have not done so already.

Step 2: If this is not successful, please try to reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” in the log-in screen

Step 3: If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our support team on support@KimFrench.com 

PLEASE NOTE: Our support services are open 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. 

Can I stream or cast the app on my TV or Computer Screen?

The app does not specifically offer this function, however if you already have set up your Apple TV, Samsung TV or similar, then you can do so. For advice on how to set up streaming or casting to your TV or Computer Screen, please contact your device provider as this is not related to the App itself.

Account & Subscription

Will my subscription automatically renew?

For your convenience, KimFrench App subscriptions automatically renew, based on your chosen length of subscription. It will rollover for the same term as your current subscription until you choose to cancel or upgrade your subscription.

It is important to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period to avoid an acciodental roll over.

How do I cancel my subscription with Apple App Store?

Here are the directions you need to cancel your subscription for Apple:

Once you have canceled you will not be charged again. You can however still use the app for the duration of your subscription.

You can check if your subscription is cancelled on your phone by following these instructions.

How do I cancel my subscription with Google Play Store?

Please submit your cancellation request 3 business days before renewal to avoid accidentally rolling into a new subscription period.

Can I get a Refund?

As per our Terms and Conditions, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions or any similar reason or event. 

Equally, we are unable to offer refunds to users changing over from a Google Play to an Apple Subscription (or vice versa).

Please be aware:

  • Cancelling your subscription will not provide a refund, or pro rata remaining subscription charges
  • After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to continue using the Kim French app for the course of the remaining duration you have paid for.
  • To prevent the billing cycle rolling over once the subscription duration has ended, you can cancel future payments in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Can I upgrade my subscription to a longer duration?

You can upgrade your subscription. To change your subscription (for example from a 1 month rolling to a 6 month rolling subscription) you will need to cancel your current payments in the app store, and wait for your existing term to come to an end, then you can resubscribe for your chosen duration.

Who is the app for?

Do I need to be really fit to use this app and take part?

Not in the slightest! Once you log into the app, you’ll see that we have a wide range and variety of classes which start with Beginners classes, Yoga and Mediation to HIIT training, Cardio, Core workouts and more. Our app and fitness classes cover all fitness levels from beginners to advanced and the beauty about them all, is that you can also take them at your own pace.

I’m pregnant. Can I use the app?

Definitely! We have a wide range of classes that are perfect for pregnancy, pre and post natal.

I’ve never worked out or joined a gym before; would I get any value out of using the app?

Absolutely! We have beginners classes that go right up to advanced classes with everything in between like cardio, core workouts HIIT training, yoga and so much more!

Who can access the sale?

This sale is only available for new users at this time. We are working on expanding sales to existing users.

It is important to note that due to a limitation of the Sale Software that users who sign up with a free trial that you will lose access to the sale.
